I founded companies. I scaled teams. I negotiated complex partnerships. I built strategies that actually worked.
But I also made mistakes.
I trusted the wrong partners. I moved too fast. I took responsibility for things that weren’t mine to carry. I’ve felt the weight of carrying a company on my own shoulders.
Failure taught me more than success ever could. It taught me that strategy without honest execution is hallucination. Today, I don’t sell transformation. I build it with you.
